One of my friends in Rome, Hari Simran Singh Khalsa, is a renowned healer.

And, as I found out, we share a love of tea.

In fact, Hari is an expert on the subject, and he finds and drinks the best teas from all over the world, most that you can not find in the West.

So once upon a time in Roma 2019, just before the dark days of Covid, Hari performed a mystical tea ceremony for Roberto Bessi and I, and then we sampled some of the best teas on Earth.

This night in the world of tea with Hari was a unique and awesome learning experience!

After this, we went to the craziest and most fun restaurant I have ever been in, a chaotic atmosphere that was the complete opposite of the tea ceremony.
